Dandelion Salve

Dandelions have been wrongly branded as 'weeds' for many years and their health benefits have been long forgotten. Every part of the dandelion plant is edible from roots to leaves and flower heads. As well as being edible, they can be turned into medicinal balms, creams and salves. 

Dandelions have anti-inflammatory properties as well as being high in anti-oxidants. When applied topically they can really help nourish and clear skin, fight skin infections and relieve muscle and joint pains.

Our Dandelion Salve can also soothe bites and stings, minor burns, cuts and grazes or help ease dry, itchy and irritated skin.  

Our little one likes to use it as a lip balm too.

Now that we've entered spring time and a lot of us will be spending more and more time outdoors, there's no better time than now to launch our Salve. 

We have made 2 different versions, an Unscented one and one with Sweet Orange Essential Oil. 

They come in a 30ml tin with a screw lid so perfect size to fit in your handbag, rucksack, change bag or even your pocket. 

Ingredients:

Dandelion Infused Oil: Dandelion flower heads, Olive Oil & Coconut Oil. Organic Shea Butter, Carnauba Wax. Sweet Orange Essential Oil in the scented version.
